Welcome to TacticalPsych.com, a resource for the cutting edge field of Tactical Performance Psychology.  Our goal in creating a website dedicated to the Mental and Emotional Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) found to be crucial to Optimal Combat Performance, was not to make money or sell services of any kind, but to offer a place to share our ideas in order to promote  and grow this exciting field. Although much of what we discuss was developed for use withing the tactical environment, please check back often because you will find that the topics and TTPs can often be applied across the entire spectrum of elite performance. In other words, the lessons learned from studying a Special Forces Operator's mental and emotional strategies they credit for excelling during the grueling selection process can also be used by a novice runner training for their first marathon, or a new manager overcome a debilitating fear of public speaking.
